Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a polite and professional manner
- Present menus, explain dishes (including Japanese/Korean specialties), and assist with recommendations
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen promptly
- Serve food and beverages as per restaurant standards and sequence of service
- Ensure tables are set up properly and maintained throughout service
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in dining areas as per FSSAI guidelines
- Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints efficiently and escalate when required
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service flow
- Explicit tables and reset for the next guests quickly and efficiently
- Upsell menu items, specials, and beverages where appropriate

Key Requirements:
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Steward/Waiter in a restaurant (Asian cuisine preferred)




- Basic knowledge of Japanese/Korean cuisine (sushi, ramen, teppanyaki, kimchi, etc.) is an advantage
- Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Presentable personality with strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment
- Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
