Position: Sales Executive / Academic Counselor

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive who can handle parent inquiries, convert leads into admissions, and drive revenue growth for our educational programs.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming leads (calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp, digital inquiries)
- Conduct counseling sessions with parents and students:
- Explain courses like Personality Development, Public Speaking, Robotics, Abacus, etc.:
- Convert inquiries into paid admissions:
- Follow up with pending and old leads regularly:
- Maintain and update lead management sheet / CRM:
- Coordinate with academic team for batch allocation:




- Ensure high parent satisfaction and relationship building:
- Support in events, demo sessions, and marketing activities

Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in sales / counseling / education industry:
- Strong communication and convincing skills:
- Confident in handling parents and children interaction:
- Target-driven mindset
- Basic knowledge of Excel / CRM tools:
- Immediate joiners preferred
