We are hiring a proactive and result-oriented Admission Counselor who will handle the complete admission cycle—from lead generation to enrollment—and also ensure student success after joining.

The role includes interacting with students, parents, school authorities, and promoting career opportunities in the AVGC (Animation, VFX, Gaming, Graphics, UI/UX, Gaming & Comics) industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through calls, follow-ups, school visits, events, seminars, and social outreach.
- Increase daily walk-ins to the center and convert them into admissions.
- Counsel students & parents on courses, career scope, and industry trends.
- Handle the entire process from lead → inquiry → walk-in → admission → onboarding.
- Deliver presentations in schools to principals, teachers, and students.
- Build tie-ups/collaborations with schools for workshops and seminars.
- Maintain CRM entries, follow-up records, and achieve monthly admission targets.




- Support student success through coordination with faculty and academic teams.

Skills & Requirements
- Excellent communication & counseling skills.
- Confident in giving presentations and interacting with school authorities.
- Ability to generate leads and convert admissions.
- Target-driven and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office & CRM tools.
- Experience in admissions/counseling/education sales preferred (2-3 years).
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
