Role Overview

We’re hiring a hands-on Performance Marketing Executive who can execute, optimize, and scale paid campaigns across Google & Meta.

This is a pure execution role for someone who lives inside Ads Manager dashboards, understands performance metrics deeply, and can drive high-quality leads through continuous optimization.

Key Responsibilities1. Campaign Execution
- Manage end-to-end campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram):
- Handle daily campaign hygiene - budgets, bids, keywords, audience targeting

2. Performance Optimization
- Optimize for CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, and ROAS:
- Monitor lead quality and refine targeting, bidding, and segmentation:
- Scale high-performing campaigns quickly

3. Testing & Experimentation
- Run A/B tests across creatives, ad copies, landing pages, and audiences




- Analyze results and implement learnings at speed

4. Tracking & Analytics
- Ensure accurate setup of UTMs, pixels, GA4 events, and attribution:
- Build and maintain daily/weekly/monthly performance reports:
- Identify funnel drop-offs and fix conversion gaps

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with design & content teams to improve ad creatives
- Coordinate with tech/landing page teams for better conversion rates

What We’re Looking ForExperience
- 2-5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience
- Robust execution experience in Google Ads & Meta Ads

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
