Job Title: Marketing Communications Executive

Reporting To: Founder / Marketing Head

Location: Mumbai

Role Overview:
The Marketing Communications Executive will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing exhibitions and marketing initiatives for MK Jewels. This role requires a hands-on professional who can manage end-to-end exhibition activities, branding, promotions, and post-event analysis while working closely with the Founder and Marketing Head.

Key Responsibilities:
Exhibition Planning & Coordination
- Identify and shortlist relevant exhibitions aligned with brand strategy
- Evaluate venues, negotiate entry fees, and finalize participation
- Plan and manage exhibition calendar proactively

Execution & Operations
- Coordinate stall setup, branding, and overall exhibition arrangements
- Ensure timely execution of all pre-event and on-ground activities
- Manage logistics, vendor coordination, and operational requirements

Marketing & Promotions
- Plan and execute promotional strategies across digital and offline channels




- Coordinate influencer marketing and partnerships
- Oversee design and execution of marketing collaterals (invites, creatives, brochures, etc.)

Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with Founder / Marketing Head on strategy and execution
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors/agencies

Post-Exhibition Activities
- Conduct follow-up calls with leads generated during exhibitions
- Analyze performance including footfall, conversions, and ROI
- Prepare reports and presentations for management review

Inventory & Support
- Coordinate stock availability and inventory for exhibitions
- Support in packaging, display, and product movement
- Handle other hands-on tasks as required during exhibitions
