We are looking for an experienced and driven EV Car Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth.

Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month

Job Role
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly booking and retail targets
- Drive showroom walk-ins, enquiry conversion, and customer engagement activities
- Ensure smooth execution of test drives, deliveries, documentation, and follow-up processes
- Monitor daily sales performance and maintain operational discipline within the showroom
- Train and motivate team members to improve productivity and customer handling
- Coordinate with management on sales planning, local marketing activities,



and target achievement
- Maintain high attention to detail in reporting, process execution, and customer satisfaction
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure a premium EV buying experience

Requirements:
- Previous automobile sales experience is mandatory
- Experience in EV sales will be an added advantage
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and customer handling abilities
- Attention to detail and target-oriented mindset
