Job Summary:
- The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible to expand Company’s presence and Sales revenue in the assigned area. In working closely with Reporting Manager, Technical Team, you will lead every aspect of the sales process from prospection, go-to-market strategies, Pipeline Management, to customer relationship management for the company.

Responsibilities:
- Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective sales strategies and seamless operations.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Assist in budgeting and resource allocation for the sales department.
- Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints in a timely manner.
- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes.
- Establish,



execute business development strategies and coordinate all activities to achieve Sales and financial objectives.
- Develop Dealer/ Distribution/Integrator Network.
- Quantify and qualify business development opportunities, win strategies, recommend pricing strategy.
- Understand customer profiles, needs and business models.
- To own and be directly responsible for the Sales Revenue for the specified region/territory.
- Demand generation in new market segments / geographies / verticals.
- Run the overall show in the specified region/territory and recognize sales revenue, Joint responsibility for collection of Account Receivables (AR).

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related technical field

Experience:
- Proven experience in sales management or a similar role within the industry.
- Proven working experience of at least 4 years in Safety Products, Fire Safety, Smoke Detection Panels, Gas Suppression system etc.
- Proven track record of 4
