Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Process and submit dental insurance claims (electronic & paper) accurately.

Verify patient insurance eligibility and advantages.

Review and ensure proper coding using CDT codes.

Handle claim follow-ups with insurance companies via calls or portals.

Work on denials, rejections, and appeals to maximize reimbursements.

Post payments and reconcile accounts receivable.

Maintain accurate documentation of claim status and activities.

Coordinate with internal teams and clients for missing information.

Ensure compliance with US healthcare regulations and HIPAA guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Dental Billing / Dental Claims (US Healthcare).

Strong knowledge of dental insurance processes and claim lifecycle.

Familiarity with CDT coding, EOBs, ERA, and clearinghouses.





Good communication skills (verbal & written English).

Ability to work in a night shift (5:30 PM - 2:30 AM IST).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel and billing software.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with US-based dental practices or RCM companies.

Knowledge of insurance portals (e.g., Delta Dental, MetLife, Aetna, etc.).

Exposure to practice management software like Dentrix, Eaglesoft, etc.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
