Medinext Global is hiring experienced professionals for the role of Client Service Executive - Dental RCM (Claims).

We are specifically seeking immediate joiners with hands-on experience in dental billing and claims management, capable of handling claim submissions and follow-ups and ensuring efficient revenue cycle operations for US-based clients.

This role requires working in the night shift (05:30 PM - 02:30 AM, Monday to Friday).

Key Responsibilities:
- Submit and resubmit dental insurance claims:
- Work on claim follow-ups and status checks (portal/calls):
- Handle denials and basic corrections:
- Review and manage aging reports (AR follow-ups):
- Coordinate with clients for missing or required information
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely processing

Requirements:




- 1-3 years of experience in Dental RCM / Dental Billing (Claims):
- Strong understanding of claim submission and AR workflows:
- Experience with US dental insurance (PPO, HMO, Medicaid preferred):
- Comfortable handling insurance portals and/or calls
- Good communication and attention to detail
- Immediate joiners preferred

Salary & Benefits:
