Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage day-to-day operations across our online sales channels. This is an execution-focused role centered on listing management, catalog hygiene, order coordination, and reporting across marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, FirstCry, Nykaa, and our D2C website.

Key Responsibilities

Listing & Catalog Management
- Create, update, and maintain product listings across Amazon, FirstCry, Nykaa, and other marketplaces
- Ensure listing hygiene — accurate titles, descriptions, images, A+ content, pricing, and stock levels
- Coordinate with the design team for image and content updates as required
- Maintain catalog consistency across all platforms

Daily Operations
- Monitor orders, returns, and customer queries on portal dashboards
- Coordinate with the warehouse and operations team for timely order processing
- Track and resolve listing-level issues — suppressions, content rejections, stock errors
- Update pricing and promotional offers as per the marketing calendar

Marketplace Support




- Liaise with marketplace POCs for catalog approvals, account issues, and operational queries
- Follow up on payments, claims, and reconciliations
- Assist with platform-level promotions (Lightning Deals, Big Billion Day, etc.) under manager direction

Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain daily and weekly reports on ClickUp with timely updates
- Track key metrics — sales, returns, listing health — on a regular basis
- Communicate proactively with the reporting manager on workplans, blockers, and leave plans.

Skills & Experience Required
- Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations
- Working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central including listing, catalog, and order management
- Experience managing listings across marketplaces such as Amazon, FirstCry, Nykaa, Shopify, or other D2C platforms
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets including VLOOKUP, basic formulas, and data cleanup
- Robust attention
