SPEC Finance (IFSC) Pvt Ltd seeks an experienced Principal Officer to provide strategic leadership in regulatory compliance and financial operations. This critical position ensures adherence to IFSCA, SEBI, RBI frameworks while driving business growth and operational excellence in a dynamic financial services workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
Regulatory & Compliance Leadership
- Ensure complete compliance with IFSCA (Finance Company Regulations 2021), SEBI, RBI, Companies Act, PMLA, FEMA, and regulations governing lending, guarantees, sensitization, factoring, forfeiting, and portfolio management in GIFT City IFSC.
- Monitor regulatory updates,



circulars from IFSCA/RBI/SEBI, and implement organization-wide changes, including policy revisions, staff training, and system updates for Spec Finance's BRICS-focused financing activities.
- Serve as primary liaison with IFSCA, regulatory authorities; manage all statutory filings, license renewals, approvals, and responses to inspections for NBFC operations in international financial services.Risk & Operational Oversight
- Develop robust risk management frameworks (credit, market, liquidity, operational), internal controls, SOPs, and compliance manuals tailored to Spec Finance's lending, trade finance, and emerging markets investments.
- Conduct periodic risk assessments, mitigation planning, stress testing, FX hedging strategies, and business continuity measures aligned with GIFT City IFSC standards.
