Counsel CAT/CLAT/IPMAT aspirants and parents on courses, batches, pricing, and outcomes
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle: lead qualification, counseling, follow-ups, and closures
- Convert high-intent leads into enrollments through persuasive and need-based counseling
- Handle senior-level negotiations, objections, and fee-related discussions
- Guide and support junior counselors to improve conversions and productivity
- Track daily/weekly counseling performance, revenue, and conversion ratios
- Ensure accurate and timely updates in CRM systems
- Coordinate with academic and marketing teams for lead quality and campaign effectiveness
- Manage escalations professionally to ensure student satisfaction and trust
