Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in industries such as manufacturing, fabrication, automotive, and engineering.
- Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, networking, and online channels.
- Meet potential clients, understand their requirements, and propose suitable powder coating solutions.
- Prepare and present quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

Marketing Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote powder coating services.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Manage digital marketing activities (social media, website updates, online listings, etc.).




- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and local outreach programs.
- Create marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and product catalogs.
- Enhance brand visibility in the local and regional market.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales and/or marketing (preferably in industrial services, coating, or manufacturing sector).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Valuable understanding of B2B sales processes.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel locally.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in powder coating, paint, fabrication, or related industries.
- Existing network in industrial sectors.
