Job Description for PPC Engineer
Plan and schedule daily / weekly / monthly production activities for Press Shop & Sheet Metal components.
- Prepare production plans based on customer orders, sales forecast, and capacity availability.
- Coordinate with Design, Purchase,



Production, Quality & Dispatch departments for smooth workflow.
- Monitor WIP inventory & ensure optimum stock levels of raw material and components.
- Track production progress and ensure timely completion to meet dispatch deadlines.
- Analyze machine capacity, manpower planning, tool availability & die change schedule.
- Develop routing sheets, process sheets & BOM understanding for planning accuracy.
- Handle production MIS, daily production reports, & generate performance analysis reports.
- Identify delays, bottlenecks & implement corrective measures to improve productivity.
- Work on cost reduction, yield improvement & minimum rejection with production team.
- Ensure compliance with safety & quality standards throughout the shop floor.

Key Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of PPC in Press Shop / Sheet Metal manufacturing environment:
- Hands-on experience in Capacity Planning, Material Planni
