Job Title: Tele caller / Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Feedback & Dealer Procurement

Job Summary:
We are hiring a Tele caller / Customer Service Representative (CSR) who will manage customer support, collect feedback, and handle retailer/dealer procurement calls to grow business.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service (CSR):
- Handle inbound & outbound customer calls
- Resolve queries, complaints, and provide proper solutions
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and professional communication

Customer Feedback:
- Call customers after delivery for feedback
- Maintain records in Excel/CRM
- Follow up on pending issues

Retailer/Dealer Procurement:
- Call retailers/dealers to introduce products




- Generate leads and onboard new partners
- Explain pricing, margin & business opportunity
- Maintain database and regular follow-ups

Requirements:
- Positive communication (Hindi & English)
- Strong convincing & problem-solving skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel/Google Sheets)
- Experience in tele calling / customer service
- Target-oriented and confident personality

Working Details:
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Weekly Off: Sunday

Pay: ₹10,500.00 - ₹17,500.00 per month
