Key Responsibilities
- Sales Target Achievement:



Consistently meet and exceed individual and store-level monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Implement upselling and cross-selling techniques to increase Average Bill Value (ABV) and Basket Size.
- Key Account Management & Clienteling: Build and maintain a personalized database of high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), corporate clients, and repeat walk-ins. Manage regular follow-ups, festive greetings, and exclusive previews to drive repeat footfall.
- B2B & Corporate Gifting Outreach: Identify and pitch to local corporate offices, institutions, and event planners for bulk orders, customized gifting solutions, and institutional tie-ups.
