Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily accounting entries (sales, purchase, receipts, payments)
- Handle billing/invoicing for jewellery sales (gold, diamond, silver items)
- Manage cash, bank transactions, and reconciliation
- Assist in inventory accounting (stock entry, stock verification, wastage tracking)
- Prepare and maintain GST records and assist in filing returns
- Monitor vendor payments and customer outstanding balances
- Support payroll processing and expense tracking
- Coordinate with showroom/branch teams for daily sales reports
- Assist in audit and compliance documentation
- Maintain proper filing of invoices, vouchers, and financial records

Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles:
- Experience in Tally:
- Understanding of GST and taxation:
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel:




- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle cash and sensitive financial data

Preferred Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in accounting (preferably jewellery/retail industry)
- Experience in handling gold rate calculations and making charges is an added advantage

Educational Qualification:
- B.Com / M.Com / Accounting-related degree

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
