We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Travel Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with travel queries, and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound & outbound calls for travel inquiries
- Explain holiday packages, flight options, and services to clients
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales bookings:
- Follow up with potential customers via calls/WhatsApp
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable travel plans
- Coordinate with operations team for bookings & confirmations
- Maintain customer database and update CRM regularly
Requirements:
- Good communication & convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of travel destinations/packages preferred
- Ability to handle sales pressure & targets
- Proficiency in Hindi & English (additional languages is a plus)
