We are seeking a Senior Bookkeeper with robust US real estate accounting experience to manage end‑to‑end bookkeeping, work with international clients, and mentor junior staff using Xero and QuickBooks Online.

Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end bookkeeping for US real estate portfolios (bank, CC, loan reconciliations)
- AR/AP, vendor payments, owner distributions, and cash flow management
- Prepare and review P&L;, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements
- Property-level accounting: rent rolls, CAM reconciliations, accruals, month/year-end close
- Accounting for real estate syndication, investor allocations, and distributions
- Deep involvement in residential & commercial sale/purchase transactions, including closing entries and related documentation
- Ensure compliance with US accounting standards and client reporting
- Client communication, issue resolution, and team mentoring

Required Experience & Skills




- 3-5 years of US real estate bookkeeping (multi-entity & property-level)
- Strong hands-on expertise in Xero & QuickBooks Online
- In-depth knowledge of residential & commercial real estate operations
- Experience working with US clients across time zones
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills

Preferred
- Property management workflows & rent tracking
- 1099s and CPA/tax coordination exposure
- Offshore/outsourcing background

Work Schedule
- 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM (Mon-Sat, client-dependent)
