Role Overview:
We are looking for someone to help build and grow employer partnerships for the Undergraduate Career Services team. This person will work with companies to create internship, live project, and full-time opportunities for students, while strengthening our client’s employer network over time.

This is a proactive outreach-first role. A large part of success will come from identifying relevant companies, opening conversations, understanding hiring or project needs, and converting those conversations into structured opportunities.

The role is ideal for someone who enjoys external stakeholder conversations, follows through consistently, and can combine relationship-building with strong execution. You should be comfortable owning the journey from first outreach to confirmed opportunity.

Beyond core outreach, there is also room to contribute to strategic initiatives such as improving systems and workflows,



shaping employer engagement efforts, and supporting projects that help the function scale.

What you will do:
Employer Outreach & Partnership Building:
- Identify and engage target companies across startups, D2C, consumer, fintech, SaaS, consulting, and related sectors
- Reach out to founders, HR leaders, and functional teams to create internship, live project, and full-time opportunities
- Pitch our client's undergraduate talent pool and convert conversations into structured opportunities

Chance Creation & Closure:
- Work with employers to define roles and projects with clear scope and expectations
- Manage the process end-to-end: shortlisting, interviews, feedback, and closure
- Build and manage employer relationships over time and drive repeat opportunities

Market Mapping & Pipeline Management:
- Maintain a disciplined pipeline across outreach, follow-ups, conversations & closures
