Job Summary

We are looking for a Packaging & Procurement Executive to support packaging development and sourcing activities for dairy and value-added products. The role involves vendor management, cost optimization, and ensuring timely availability of packaging materials aligned with business and marketing requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Leading end-to-end development of new packaging solutions as per brand requirement with Innovation
- Selecting and testing packaging materials to ensure durability, sustainability, and safety
- Collaborating with vendors to source innovative packaging technologies
- Reducing waste and minimizing environmental impact through structural optimization.
- Coordinate packaging development (primary & secondary packaging - films, laminates, cartons, labels)
- Work closely with Marketing, R&D;, and vendors for packaging execution and new product launches
- Manage procurement of packaging materials as per production and marketing plans




- Identify and onboard vendors; maintain strong vendor relationships
- Support commercial negotiations and cost optimization initiatives
- Ensure timely availability of materials and avoid stock-outs
- Track inventory and coordinate with supply chain and plant teams
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements (FSSAI, labeling norms)
- Maintain MIS, purchase orders, and vendor data
