Night Shift - 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM

Working Days:
Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle outbound customer calls professionally
- Provide accurate information and resolve basic customer queries
- Maintain positive and professional customer interactions
- Follow company guidelines and work processes
- Maintain records of customer interactions and call details

Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma / Any Degree
- Basic English communication skills required




- Basic computer knowledge is an advantage
