Promote Education Private Limited is looking for a confident and well-spoken Admission Consultantto engage with prospective students and guide them through educational opportunities. The role primarily involves calling and counselling clients interested in admission services, ensuring effective communication and conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and clients interested in educational programs
- Explain admission processes, courses, and consultancy services clearly
- Counsel students based on their academic background and career goals
- Follow up with leads regularly and maintain strong client relationships
- Convert leads into successful admissions
- Maintain records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM or internal systems
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth admission processing
- Support marketing activities such as campaigns, promotions, and outreach
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication skills (English mandatory; additional languages are a plus)
- Strong interpersonal and convincing abilities
- Good understanding of basic marketing concepts
- Ability to handle client queries patiently and professionally
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred)
- Positive attitude and target-driven mindset
Experience Requirements
- Experience is not mandatory:
- Prior experience in education consultancy, admissions, telecalling, or sales will be an added advantage
- Confident speaker with a professional tone
