Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction
- Manage and train F&B; service staff to maintain high service standards
- Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns promptly
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control
- Ensure hygiene, safety, and compliance standards are maintained
- Coordinate with kitchen and other departments for seamless operations
- Drive revenue through upselling and service excellence

Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management
- 3-6 years of experience in restaurant or resort operations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and guest-handling abilities
- Willingness to relocate to Karjat:
- Strong understanding of hospitality service standards

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
