Role Overview

We’re looking for a Social Media Associate who understands content, trends, and storytelling—not just posting. You’ll be responsible for managing Arnifi’s social presence, creating engaging content, and driving brand visibility across platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow Arnifi’s social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
- Plan and execute content calendars aligned with business goals:
- Create engaging posts, reels, and short-form content:
- Work closely with design, marketing, and business teams for campaigns
- Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and optimize content




- Stay updated with latest trends, formats, and viral content ideas:
- Support employer branding, product marketing, and lead generation initiatives
- Ensure consistent brand tone and positioning across platforms

Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in social media / digital marketing:
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn & Instagram growth strategies:
- Basic knowledge of content writing & copywriting:
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Suite, scheduling tools, etc.
- Understanding of analytics and performance tracking:
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment

Location:Kadubeesanahalli, Bengaluru (On-site)
Experience: 1-2 years
Joining: Immediate / Within 5 days

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
