Role Overview

You’ll work on real-world production systems, not just CRUD apps.

Key Responsibilities: Backend & API Development
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable RESTful APIs using Node.js & Express.js:
- Build secure authentication & authorization systems (JWT, OAuth, role-based access)
- Handle high-performance backend logic, async flows, and error handling
- Optimize APIs for speed, scalability, and security

Database & Architecture
- Design schemas and manage MongoDB (indexes, aggregations, performance tuning)
- Work with relational DBs (MySQL/PostgreSQL) when required
- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable backend code
- Implement caching (Redis preferred)

Frontend (MERN)
- Develop responsive UI using React.js:
- Integrate frontend with backend APIs
- State management using Redux / Context API

DevOps & Best Practices
- Experience with Git/GitHub, CI/CD pipelines
- Write unit & integration tests
- Follow coding standards, security best practices, and documentation

Required Skills Must-Have
- Solid experience with Node.js, Express.js:

- React.js fundamentals
- Authentication (JWT, OAuth)
- Git & version control
- API testing using Postman / Swagger

Good-to-Have
- Microservices architecture
- GraphQL

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
