Manage overall plant operations including production, maintenance, quality, and dispatch.
- Ensure achievement of production targets and operational KPIs.
- Drive productivity improvement, cost optimization, and process efficiency.
- Implement Lean, TPM, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with EHS, ISO, and statutory regulations.
- Monitor quality performance and reduce rejection/rework.
- Lead manpower planning, team development, and industrial relations.
- Coordinate with SCM, procurement, and engineering teams for smooth operations.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per year
