We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our International BPO team as a Global Customer Experience Executive. The role involves handling customer interactions professionally through voice support while ensuring exceptional service standards and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions for international clients
- Resolve customer queries, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and processes
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism
- Document customer interactions and update records in the system
- Meet process targets related to quality, productivity, and customer experience
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution when required
- Ensure compliance with company policies and international service standards

Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in rotational/night shifts




- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
- Prior BPO/customer service experience is preferred but freshers can also apply
