Job description

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team
- Prepare quotations, proposals, proforma invoices, and sales orders
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and accounts teams for order processing
- Maintain and update customer database and sales records
- Track sales orders, dispatch status, and payment follow-ups
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic issues
- Prepare MIS reports, sales performance reports, and forecasts
- Support sales team during client meetings, exhibitions, and events
- Ensure timely communication between clients and internal teams

Skills & Competencies:
- Good communication skills (verbal & written)
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and ERP systems

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
