Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers for promoting and selling travel.
- Handle customer inquiries related to domestic and international holiday packages
- Understand customer travel needs and recommend suitable destinations and packages
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely conversion
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth booking and confirmation processes
- Build strong rapport with customers to encourage repeat business

Required Qualifications & Skills
- 1 to 5 years of experience in outbound telesales within the travel industry
- Proven experience in selling international travel packages
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Robust customer-handling and relationship-building abilities
- Target-oriented mindset with a positive and professional attitude
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems

Salary

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
