The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee, beverages, and café offerings with consistency, precision, and speed. The role requires a strong focus on guest experience, ensuring every customer receives prompt, friendly, and personalized service.

Key responsibilities include operating espresso machines and brewing equipment efficiently, maintaining beverage quality standards, and presenting drinks in an appealing manner. The Barista should have a good understanding of coffee beans, brewing techniques, and flavor profiles, along with the ability to recommend products and upsell menu items.

The role also involves handling POS billing, managing daily cash transactions, and maintaining accurate records. Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station, equipment, and service areas in compliance with food safety standards is critical.

Additionally,



the Barista supports inventory management by monitoring stock levels, minimizing wastage, and coordinating with the team for timely replenishment. Collaboration with kitchen and service teams, maintaining a positive work environment, and adhering to brand SOPs are essential for success in this role.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
