Attend customer queries related to bills, payments, and account details
- Resolve billing complaints and payment issues promptly
- Explain charges, payment methods, and due dates clearly
- Maintain positive customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal departments to solve customer concerns
- Handle follow-ups for pending payments politely and effectively
- Maintain records of customer interactions and complaints
- Provide accurate information regarding invoices and transactions
- Support customers with refund, adjustment, or correction requests
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
