Role Overview

We are looking for an organised and proactive Project Manager to coordinate refurbishment, renovation, maintenance, and improvement projects across our UK property and hospitality portfolio. The role focuses on project planning, contractor coordination, progress tracking, quality control, snagging, reporting, and ensuring work is completed on time and to the expected standard.

This is a practical coordination role, suited to someone who can manage multiple projects, follow up strongly, maintain clear records, and keep management informed on progress, risks, delays, and cost implications.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor refurbishment, repair, maintenance, and property improvement projects from start to completion.
- Prepare project schedules,



action trackers, work plans, and progress updates for management review.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, consultants, site teams, and internal departments to ensure work progresses smoothly.
- Review quotations, compare costs, follow up on approvals, and support management with contractor and supplier coordination.
- Track project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and pending actions, escalating delays or risks where required.
- Review photos, videos, reports, and site updates to monitor workmanship, progress, and completion quality.
- Manage snagging lists, follow up on defects or incomplete work, and ensure closure within agreed timelines.
- Support compliance-related project works by coordinating documents, inspections, maintenance records, and required follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, communication records, trackers, and status reports.
