The Supplier Onboarding Executive is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and onboarding new suppliers and clients within the construction and building materials ecosystem. The role ensures smooth onboarding processes, compliance with company standards, and strong relationship management to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Supplier Onboarding
- Identify and onboard new suppliers (cement, steel, aggregates, tiles, hardware, etc.)
- Evaluate supplier capabilities, pricing, quality standards, and delivery timelines
- Conduct due diligence, documentation, and verification processes
- Negotiate basic commercial terms in coordination with procurement teams
- Maintain supplier database and performance records
- Collect KYC, agreements, and necessary compliance documents
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams for smooth account activation
- Ensure timely resolution of onboarding queries

Process & Coordination
- Manage end-to-end onboarding lifecycle (initial contact → documentation → activation)
- Work closely with procurement, logistics, finance,



and sales teams
- Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations
- Track onboarding metrics and prepare reports

Relationship Management
- Build and maintain solid relationships with suppliers / clients
- Act as a single point of contact during onboarding phase
- Support retention through a smooth initial experience

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in onboarding, procurement, supply chain, or B2B operations
- Knowledge of construction materials and industry practices preferred
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Attention to detail for documentation and compliance
- Proficiency in MS Excel / CRM tools / ERP systems

- Experience in construction marketplaces or B2B platforms
- Vendor management or client servicing experience
