Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to handle overall accounts, taxation, compliance, audit coordination, and financial reporting for a well-established têxtile manufacturing setup based in Surat.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts & Finance
- Handle end-to-end accounting and finance operations
- Supervise bookkeeping, reconciliations, and ledger scrutiny
- Ensure proper maintenance of books of accounts
- Monitor accounting accuracy and internal controls

Finalization & Reporting
- Finalization of books of accounts
- Preparation of:
- Balance Sheet
- Profit & Loss Statements
- MIS Reports
- Financial summaries
- Monthly and yearly financial closure

Taxation & Compliance
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliances
- Ensure timely filing of returns and submissions
- Manage reconciliations and compliance documentation
- Coordinate for notices,



assessments, and departmental queries

Audit Management
- Coordinate Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, and Tax Audit
- Prepare audit schedules and supporting documents
- Liaise with auditors and consultants

MCA & Regulatory Compliance
- Handle MCA filings and related compliance work
- Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements
- Chartered Accountant (CA)
- Minimum 3+ years Post Qualification Experience (PQE)
- Experience in têxtile/manufacturing industry preferred
- Strong knowledge of:
- GST
- TDS
- Income Tax
- MCA Compliance
- Finalization of Accounts
- Valuable leadership and team handling skills
- Strong communication and coordination abilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
