Software Proficiency - Revit, ACAD, Tekla, Navisworks
Exposure in BIM 360 platform and knowledge 3d model co-ordination, clash check
Working experience in US code, Euro code and Indian code detailing, standards
Well versed with General arrangement drawings preparation for Concrete and Structural steel buildings
Well versed with Structural steel detailing and connections
Well versed with Reinforced concrete detailing and bar bending schedule
Working experience in detailing process/non process buildings, machine foundations, pipe racks, water retaining structure, warehouse projects etc.,
Working experience in taking BOQ for all types of structures.
Responsible for quality checks,



quality assurance for review meetings and problem resolutions
Responsible for co-ordination with other inter disciplines like Architectural, water supply, drainage, site infrastructure works, MEP services etc., for cut-out and clash checking
Good communication skills and capable to manage
Multiple projects / tasks are required
Good knowledge in site RFI clarification dynamically
Willing to travel to job site, when the project demands
Good English communication skills
Proactive and taking ownership of the project, Leading the detailing part independently with limited review from the Engineers
