- Develop long-term relationships with existing and potential exhibitors, sponsors, and partners.
- Understand client objectives and provide customized participation solutions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Negotiation & Deal Closure
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, sponsorship packages,



and commercial terms with clients.
- Close sales efficiently while ensuring mutually beneficial business agreements.

Market Research & Strategy
- Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
- Provide market feedback and insights to support event growth strategies and sales planning.

Reporting & Performance Analysis
- Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and CRM updates.
- Prepare periodic sales reports and performance analyses.
- Monitor targets, conversion ratios, and revenue performance to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- 4-7 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in exhibitions, events, media, advertising, or related industries.
