Required Skills and Qualifications

- Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze sales data, forecast trends, and adapt strategies to market changes.
- Educational Background: Typically a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience: 8-10 years in sales with proven leadership experience and a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software, sales analytics tools, and performance metrics.
