JOB DESCRIPTION:
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:_
- Field Sales Execution: Actively engage with potential clients and leads in the field, presenting the company’s products and driving sales growth.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Market Research:Gather market intelligence and competitive insights to identify new sales opportunities and customer needs.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall sales team goals.
- Sales Reporting: Regularly report sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends to management, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
- Customer Support: Assist clients with inquiries, follow up on orders, and ensure smooth post-sales support.
- Collaboration:



Work closely with the Sales Head and other team members to coordinate sales strategies and support the execution of company goals.
- MANDATORY REQUIREMENT (Must Have):_
- Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven and target-oriented, with a proactive approach to sales.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting methods.
- Expertise in Excel.
- Ability to travel within the designated region as needed.
- Self-motivation and interest in fieldwork.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- PREFERRED (Good to Have):_
- Experience in the têxtile industry.
- Knowledge of the cloth and fabrics market.
