Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and empathetic CRM Executive to manage patient enquiries, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure every patient receives timely, accurate guidance. You will be the first point of contact for patients and play a direct role in driving the company's growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilitie

Patient Coordination:
- Understand patient needs and guide them towards the right surgeon and hospital
- Maintain regular follow-ups with patients at every stage of their journey
- Ensure a smooth, empathetic experience for every patient interaction

CRM & Lead Management:




- Intake and record daily leads accurately in the CRM portal
- Update lead status, follow-up notes, and patient details in real time
- Track patient journey from first enquiry to surgery completion
- Ensure zero leads are missed or left unattended

Team Coordination:
- Coordinate with Operations Managers for patient appointments and admissions
- Escalate complex cases to the appropriate team promptly
- Share daily/weekly lead reports with the management team
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to align on lead quality

Revenue Contribution:
- Actively convert enquiries into confirmed consultations and surgeries
- Meet monthly lead conversion and follow-up targets
- Identify opportunities to upsell relevant SurgiPartner services

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Healthcare background preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience in CRM, patient coordination, or customer service
- Excell
