What You Will Do

You will be the first point of contact for every potential client — the warm, professional voice that turns an inquiry into a booking. You represent our brand every single day.

◆ Lead Management
- Respond to every inquiry on WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, and phone within 30 minutes
- Share portfolio, packages, and pricing in a qualified, personalised manner
- Maintain a lead tracker (Google Sheet) and follow up 3-4 times per lead
- Schedule consultation calls and meetings between clients and the lead photographer

◆ Client Servicing
- Handle end-to-end communication from first inquiry to final delivery
- Collect booking advances,



manage contracts, and share shoot schedules
- Resolve client queries with patience, warmth, and professionalism
- Coordinate with editors and the photographer on delivery timelines

◆ Sales & Upselling
- Present premium packages and add-ons confidently to convert higher-value bookings
- Follow up on cold leads and re-engage past inquiries
- Collect client testimonials and referrals after delivery

◆ Coordination
- Liaise with social media manager, editors, and accountant for smooth operations
- Maintain client records, booking calendar, and payment status
- Report weekly lead pipeline and conversion status to the founder
