Introduction:
This role will be primarily responsible for supporting semiconductor sales contracts. The attorney will be responsible for drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, nondisclosure agreements and licenses with occasional support for M&A; transactions and vendor agreements. The Attorney must be a generalist with robust transactional skills, confident and business-minded with a proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. This is a global role, with occasional travel required. This role is expected to act as the lead GF attorney for specific types of GF customer arrangements, standard terms and related processes (e.g., customer silicon, NDAs, Automotive contracts, quality agreements, sales agreement templates and processes). This role is also expected to be able to manage the drafting and negotiation of the most complex GF sales transactions, independently.

Specific Responsibilities:
- Negotiate with customers and internal clients to obtain deal closure.




- Formulate effective and efficient negotiation and resolution strategies to meet business objectives based on deep knowledge of GF’s business, applicable law, risk analysis and financial analysis.
- Draft, review and advise on contract drafts. Responsible for providing accurate, timely, concise, well-drafted contract drafts.
- Provide advice and guidance in area of expertise to other attorneys and management direction to paralegals and other contracts professionals.
- Perform other relevant duties as assigned.
- Occasional travel required.

Required Qualifications:
- Degree, LLB (or equivalent degree).
- 18 years of experience at a law firm or comparable corporate environment with a sophisticated commercial transactions practice
- Excellent contract drafting skills.
