Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate current business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, referrals, and strategic partnerships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, corporate clients, startups, and agencies
- Leverage an existing active client network to bring immediate business opportunities and strategic partnerships
- Pitch Avlot Media’s services including digital marketing, influencer campaigns, branding, content production, ad shoots, social media management, and performance marketing
- Prepare and present customized proposals, presentations, and business solutions for potential clients
- Negotiate commercial terms and close high-value deals
- Coordinate with internal creative, production, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities
- Develop long-term client retention strategies and upselling opportunities
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline reports, revenue forecasting, and CRM updates
- Represent the company in meetings, events, exhibitions,



and business networking opportunities

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition, preferably in a marketing agency, media house, or digital agency
- Prior hands-on experience working with a marketing agency is mandatory
- Must have an active network of clients, brands, founders, marketing heads, and decision-makers
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Excellent understanding of branding, advertising, and digital marketing ecosystem
- Ability to independently generate leads and close deals
- Strong professional network is a major advantage
- Confident personality with high ownership and leadership mindset
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and business reporting
