Looking for hardworking, positive communication and quick learner with the ability to convince and explain.

Job Description:
1. Attending calls from customers regarding their order status, Complaints, returns.

2. Regular followup for feedback from calls, whatsapp and mails.

3. Explain customers about the product/Problem/issues and get required information.

4. Taking Feedback to improve the products.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
