A Production Manager oversees event production planning, fabrication coordination, vendor management, and operational execution for events and activations.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and supervise production activities for corporate events, weddings, stage setups, and brand activations
- Coordinate fabrication, installations, decor execution, technical setups, and venue production requirements




- Prepare, create, and share quotations, cost estimates, and service proposals based on client requirements and event specifications
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure accurate pricing, budgeting, and timely submission of quotations
- Manage vendors, manpower, materials, timelines, and onsite execution processes
- Ensure smooth coordination between design, warehouse, logistics, and client servicing teams
- Monitor production quality, safety standards, and execution efficiency
- Handle budget utilization, procurement coordination, and operational troubleshooting
- Ensure projects are delivered on time while maintaining premium quality standards
- Support onsite event operations and live execution management

Experience: 4-6 years
