Key Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with potential and interested leads:
- Explain stock market services, trading plans, and SIP products:
- Convert leads into customers and achieve sales targets:
- Handle customer queries related to investment services
- Maintain daily follow-ups and strong client relationships:
- Update CRM with call details, lead status, and conversions
- Share daily/weekly performance reports

Requirements:
- 1-3 years of telesales experience (financial services preferred)
- Basic understanding of stock market, SIP, and trading concepts:
- Strong sales and closing skills:
- Target-oriented and result-driven mindset
- Valuable communication skills (Hindi required, basic English preferred)
