Consultation & Planning: Assess client needs, define design objectives, and analyze how spaces will be utilized and navigated.
- Design Execution: Conceptualize designs, create mood boards, and draft layouts (including electrical and partition plans) using industry software like AutoCAD or SketchUp.
- Budgeting & Sourcing: Estimate project costs, set timelines, and source materials, finishes, lighting, and furniture.
- Project Management: Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to implement the design and ensure quality control.
- Compliance: Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, accessibility standards, and safety regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Technical Proficiency: Mastery of design software (AutoCAD,



3Ds Max, Revit) and the ability to read and edit blueprints.
- Creative Vision: A strong eye for color, lighting, têxtiles, and spatial arrangement.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills to pitch ideas, manage client expectations, and resolve conflicts.
- Organization: Strong project management and problem-solving abilities to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
