Job Title: Sales Representative - Cement

Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Sales Representative to promote and sell cement products to dealers, contractors, builders, and construction companies. The role involves field sales, relationship management, and achieving business growth in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, and builders

Generate new leads and expand the customer base in the assigned area

Promote and sell cement products to meet sales targets

Conduct site visits and interact with construction teams

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing

Ensure timely order collection, payment follow-ups, and delivery coordination

Maintain records of sales, client interactions, and daily reports

Resolve customer issues and provide after-sales support

Skills & Requirements

Solid communication and negotiation skills

Basic understanding of construction materials / cement industry





Ability to work in a field sales environment

Good relationship-building skills

Must be comfortable with travel within assigned territory

Qualification: Graduate / Diploma (preferred)

Experience: 1-3 years in sales (preferably cement or building materials)
