- Job Overview:
As a Data Analyst at Salad Days, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business operations and strategic decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including operations, marketing, supply chain, and finance to generate actionable insights and improve overall business performance.

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple business functions.
- Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
- Monitor key business metrics and identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Support teams with data-driven insights for operational and strategic decisions.
- Develop and maintain reports using Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools.
- Assist in forecasting, performance tracking, and business analysis.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting.
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand reporting requirements.
- Automate repetitive reports and improve reporting efficiency wherever possible.
- Present findings and recommendations in a explicit and concise manner.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, MIS, reporting, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
