Job Title: HR Executive

Location: Vasai

Experience Required: 1-5 Years

Qualification: Graduate

Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month

Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
- Manage onboarding process for new employees and ensure smooth joining formalities
- Support daily HR operations and employee coordination
- Maintain employee records, HR database, and documentation
- Assist in attendance management, leave tracking, and HR compliance
- Coordinate with departments for manpower requirements and HR support

Skills Required:
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of recruitment and HR operations
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Ability to multitask and handle HR activities efficiently

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
